Avbob needs to catch up its 2015

I have a policy with Avbob that I took up online few years back , I now need to change my debit order date am told to go to the branch where else I never went to the branch to take up the policy, I mean I work as well I don't have time and fuel to waste going to the branch, I do my banking online , pay my accounts online almost everything is done online or through call centre's these days . you guys needs to catch up or I'll be forced to move my policy elsewhere where they are flexible!
