Avbob mutual ******* policy

I'm only giving a star because that's the only way I could be able to write this review.i left the country for work in October 2021 came back December 2023..in the time that I was gone I didn't have access to my pay slips..when I got back I found a deduction of an Avbob mutual policy on my pay slips that I didn't take out,I called them to inquire & let them know about the ***** done on my pay slip..They checked on their system & told me the policy was taken out in April 2022(that time I was outside the country) and I told them this..they continued checking and told me that the policy was taken out in Kzn and I'm based in Gauteng..the beneficiaries on this policy is people I don't even know.. The consultant sent me a complaint form and told me to open a case to prove that I didn't take out the policy and submit all the documents to a complaints email..I did all that only to find out the email address is full.. I called again and was given another email address to send my documents and still the same thing happened with the email address.. I then called and ask for the policy to be cancelled since I see that my plea to get all my money back is in vain and I was told that I can't cancel the policy.. I'm at wit end with Avbob mutual they keep taking my money *******ly for a policy that should something happen to me my family won't even get a cent from them..I just want the policy cancelled and my money back
