Avbob Mutual Assurance Society BAD experience

I would not recommend Avbob Mutual Assurance Society Fort Beaufort branch to anyone, not even my biggest enemy.

They traumatized my family by making a huge mistake costing over R27 000 and tried to force my family to pay for their mistake.

A lady by the name of Nokubonga at the Fort Beaufort branch is the one who made the error and was not transparent with my family.

Upon refusing to PAY for her mistake she escalated the matter to her immediate supervisor by the name of Nomonde who is situated at the Grahamstown office.

Nomonde was very rude to us, very insensitive and inconsiderate. While dealing with the pain of losing our loved one, Nomonde poured salt on the wound!!

She literally manipulated and was forcing my Aunt to pay the amount through whatsapp texts until I intervened by phoning her manager from the Gqeberha office by the name of Samora.

The gentleman (Samora) was very understanding and helpful. He resolved the matter in a couple of minutes after spending more than 4 hours at the Qonce branch.

Lastly, I would like to thank the ladies at the Avbob Qonce branch for their patience and their willingness to assist, especially Louisa.
