Avbob Mthatha has poor customer service.

During these difficult times you would expect Funeral Parlors to be at their best standard. However that is not the case. Avbob Mthatha Branch is literally the worst, Avbob in general has the most pathetic customer service. The Mthatha branch has no 'network', it makes no sense that during these times we have to suffer and have to wait, that is completely unfair. The enthusiasm should match the time when they bombard you with options to join, but when it's time to claim its an absolute nightmare. Personally I wouldn't advice anyone to join this useless insurer. It's sad.
