Avbob Midrand insensitivity

Avbob Midrand consultant by the name prince Khumalo has been giving me the run around in regards to a postmortem report I have paid for for my late wife Masaku Ramonaka since the 3 December 2021. Everyday I have to ask myself if he didn’t pocket my money and lies to me about not being able to get hold of the doctor who has performed the postmortem. I’ve called him numerous times and to my disappointment I get the same story of the doctor not replying to his requests. Avbob I need closure for what happened to my wife and that is why I have requested and paid for a postmortem report. Your head office is also not helpful as I was told mid January they would get to the bottom of the matter but to date my plea falls onto deaf ears. Need I have to report this to the Ombudsman for funeral institutions, I will do that. I have kids who will one day want to know what happened to their mom but prince Khumalo and Avbob are depriving me of the simple request I have paid for. I’m seeking legal assistance for remedy if Avbob is failing to fulfill the request I have made.
