Avbob Maitland Cape Town

Poor customers service. They fail to sent papers to the cemetery , allowing the cemetery to dig a grave as per the procedure. They never explained the policy fully to my cousin and now they telling him that he is R5000 outstanding but never once has he ever missed a payment. Saturday on the 21st we suppose to bury my cousin's late brother but the grave has not been digged yet, we as a family we are sitting with this dilemma and avbob is not even showing compassion. They just don't care at all. Funeral oder :DIBB0 ********** 025505. Initially the policy was for R19600, 00 but now my cousin Derrick Sivanjane has been told it's R10,000.00 this is all due to failure of explaining the policy correctly to the policy holder
