Avbob Kempton stuff stinky attitude

Kempton park branch has the worse service ever stuff full of attitude. They collected my mother's hours late at the hospital motuary on a Thursday, then Friday we were told to come wash her body while the funeral was only on Sunday, after the funeral they didn't install the grave marker which they said they were going to install it the next day 5months later the marker is still not there and when we ask why it wasn't installed we are told why we only asking now and we don't even stay in the city to check. It's such a shame they didn't even apologize instead trying to blame is. Not to mention my mother's policy was changed we had to top up for the coffin which was a standard on top pay for the grave also, I will not recommend this at this is the 3rd terrible experience we had with them as a family with different members , so disappointed and disgusted by Precious from Kempton park's attitude it is such a disgrace
