Avbob is paethetic

A **** and unknown policy was created in my name and unknown people we insured. I discovered this and requested on 2024-07-12. I can proudly say that the only feedback i received from AVBOB was a reference number 62533. I phone them almost everyday at my own expense for my refund. Their service is paethetic. I have another active policy with them. I think i am going to cancel that 1 as well. When you make an enquiry, u r made to hold for close to an hour and when you finally get a response, they say they will get back to u
