AVBOB is false sense of security

Never consider AVBOB, My parents signed-up in 1995, dad passed-away in 1999 AVBOB covered part of expenses. Policy was paid-up so I thought. I did a random check with AVBOB on 23 Augus 2019 to upgrade the policy. I have been told the policy no longer exist ( they conveniently can't even find a copy on there system) and I will not be able to takeout a policy for my mom as she is older than 85. People should rather consider an alternative as AVBOB is false sense of security.
