AVBOB is abusing it's clients

Makhaya onke Mxhego and myself Nzuzo Ntshatsha went to make a cash claim for the passing of our late grandmother and mother Nosiseko Thelma Mxego in AVBOB on the 4/8/23 and was told to come back on the 7/8/23, since that day we have been calling and visiting the branch with no luck on the payment. The worse part is that the funeral was on the 12/08/23 our claim numbers are *** and 171401. I HATE AVBOB!
