Avbob is a ******* of a funeral cover.Cancel your cover with them, they don’t payout

Avbob is a ******* of a funeral policy. My mom had insured my brother who passed away in July in a car accident.We all know accidental death doubles the pay out right? Well Avbob doesn’t they come up with stories when they have 2 pay out the 2nd portion. Till this day they haven’t paid out they are telling us they are waiting for the post moterm report which we are told by forensic phathology in Pta that it will come out after 9-15months. Avbob told us they are doing investigations and are waiting for that report. We submitted everything, everything, accident report and the declaration form still no payout.If you have a funeral cover with Avbob you might wanna reconsider them. Old Mutual and Sanlam never gave us any hustles.
