For past 6 month i went through difficult time of being **** by big company AVBOB ive alerted this company that ive received an sms stating that ive taken a policy and document will be posted shortly. I was shocked and need answers on how come policy taken on my behalf without applying any policy, second when i approached stanger branch to enquire about this paradox madness and ***** i was told that a person cover was ...... of which i dont know person covered on this policy, thirdly i did not took any policy in dbn since i lived in stanger which is 130km away from my home town. From day 1 reported this matter in December 2018, i requested invistigstion, refund and compensation for reputational damaged but avbob has never refund my money since january 2019. Iam still holding a view that AVBOB in operate business unconstitutional, *********, **********, ******* and must be invistigated by FAIS and insurance ombudsmen. Ive submitted affidavit and bank details since they dock my salary every month but still no refund no correspondence.
