Avbob is a nightmare

Avbob is the most disgusting and ever disappointing assurer one would ever have. My mom has had her avbob funeral policy for 12 years, last week we lost my brother and had to claim from the policy,we were taken from pillar to post and told that we need to pay for everything except the coffin and the herse which is ridiculous and is not what she signed up for, secondly she was supposed to get a cash back of R2500 last week Wednesday already its over a week now she still hasn't received anything and they don't even have the audacity to call her and at least explain as to why she hasn't received the money, according to her cover amount she still had a remaining balance of R1400 which she agreed it could be paid into her bank account and guess what she still hasn't received that amount aswell. for those who are still covered with avbob please look at other options because the last thing you would want to deal with trying to burry a loved one is rude consultants and a business that never delivers
