*******ion at it best by reputable company called avbob. Ive noticed that there is unauthorised Avbob policy taken ********** and unauthorised. Ive reported the matter first month i discovered this deduction from my payslip (persal) I notigied Stanger avbob office immediate i also requested to cancelled my existing policy with avbob due to dishonest and unconstitutional and ********** application made on my absentia and ptocessing a policy without my signature nor my knowledge of such policy. The existence policy that i took and have knowledgeable and that i signed for was was cancelled but suprised that the one in question was not cancelled as per requested. I want justice to be served in this matter. I need avbob to cancel this unauthorised policy immediately, then refund me witk all premiums deducted from first day, I want a compensation in terms of reputational damages, matter must be invistigated to know who submitted this unauthorised policy and who signed for this policy? Which manager authorised persal system deduction? Who is covered in this policy? This is *******ion tgus is ***** this is not acceptable. I want answers and i will take this matter to Public protector and section 27 if this matter does not give answers within 3 days.
