Avbob is a disgrace!!

Once a loved one passes, it is with great hurt that a family has to go through so much heartache and emptiness and during all of this, one has to post something like this. My mom and I are appalled by the service received from AVBOB South Africa. Your staff working at the Florida branch just seem to be in it for the money. No transparency about costs involved, give a price and when it comes to paying, the amount is higher than originally stated. And best of all, you have the audacity to ask for more money at my father's service, which was NEVER explained to us beforehand! This is absolutely shocking and your work ethics are absolutely despicable especially during a time like this. I am horrified at the lack of professionalism you offer as well as your non-existent customer service of calling your unsatisfied customers back, instead we are told to wait 7 days for a response, but when you need money, it must happen instantly. #notsatisfied #AVBOB Avbob Funeral Cover
