Avbob is a ****a,very ***********

I write this review with so much sadness and disappointment in the AVBOB Group. I cancelled my policy last week and the agent that was helping me asked the reason for cancelling and I told them I was moving to a different policy.

They never explained that I would not get a policy schedule once the policy has been cancelled and yet continued and cancelled my policy without sending me the schedule. As someone in the funeral policy department they know better than me on what documents will be needed for the switch and yet they never explained.

Now my new policy company is asking for the schedule in order to switch my policy and when i called avbob they are telling me i should have requested for the policy before cancellation. How the hell was i supposed to know that you can not get the schedule was the cancellation is done ,because i don't work for avbob. I am livid at this point and i am willing to escalate this matter further in order to get what i deserve..This is a complete **** ,now i have to start a new waiting period after being a loyal client to avbob for almost a year,because of bitter agents with no proper work ethic

I am absolutely disgusted by Avbob and really dissapointed.
