Avbob incompetence

I'm not happy with the way avbob has been treating my application for savings policy surrender. On Monday the 7th Feb 2022 I sent all the documents required by them, only on Tuesday to be told I still need to send some other documents. On Wednesday it was quite, on Thursday I made a follow up only to be told my documents are incomplete by one agent Simphiwe who refused to give me a call Ref no. On Friday I followed up again only to be given excuses but the agent said she can see all my documents are complete and reported to her supervisor. Monday the 14th I call again, only to receive an email after the call saying my documents are incomplete.Today I call them again and the agent says she will send the consultant my application and apologies for the delay. I mean it's been 7 working days and I have been following avbob around to give attention to my application which is unfair.They are so unprofessional and ***********.
