Avbob ignores my request to cancel
I started calling Avbob last week to cancel my funeral policy and I have not been helped. The call centre agent promise to send emails to cancellation department without putting me through to the relevant department or contact person. In the meantime they deduct money from my account even though I requested for the policy to be cancelled. I need help
