AVBOB HAS NO CLIENT CARE

I have phoned old mutual about 2 months ago about surrendering my policy i have filled in all necessary forms requiered sent it through numurous times sent numerous emails and yet nothing is being done regarding my policy and yet they deducting every month money for the stupid policy i no longer want its ****ing pathetic if it takes this long to get assistance from them how long wont it take for your family to get the money if you die i would not recommend them i would suggest old mutual or sanlam you get better benefits anyway
