They promised me a dignified funeral for my family, I just lost my handsome baby boy when I tried to claim for what they promised, firstly they complained and said I haven't completed a year of which waiting period was not 12 months. They offered to pay half of the services they promised because I had no choice I agreed, when we went to collect my son's body, the coffin was for newborns so my son was buried with a small coffin where his legs were folded. I'm still traumatized and hurt by the condition my son was exposed to. They did not have flowers so we had to wait for them to go an buy it even though they decided on the time we had to be there, meaning they were supposed to be there waiting for us but we waited for them. I was shattered and I still am by the way they treated me and my baby boy
