Avbob giving people false information.

Hi im Junaid Forbes, i called the Avbob Clientservice in Bellville last month, and they told me im due for cashback on policy June 2019.They allso asked me to send a copy of my id aswell as a bankstatement. Today i went to the Avbob office in Wynberg in Cape Town, and i was told that my cashback is only in next year June 2020.The clientservice also gave me an email adress when i called, which is ********** must say im really disappointed in Avbob, and i feel like cancelling both my policies, as these people is unprofessional and give people wrong info.
