Avbob giving me a run around for my refund

For your own sanity and peace of mind, Kindly refrain from doing business with Avbob. They only care about making sales and not about the relationship they build with their clients. It has been a Month since I have been enquiring about my refund of my savings policy. What is even worse is that at their call center, they have been telling me lies that my refund will be paid out this week and when the week comes to an end, I receive the same message from a different call center agents yet they claim that their calls are being recorded but no one follows up on the lies told by their agents.
