Avbob funeral services over charge me.
I am a member of Avbob from 2019,all of the the sudden they sent me sms saying I'm owing R568. 00,.i send an email asking them what they say I'm owing this amount, because what I know I only owe 2 months.
My premium payment is R198. 00 which is not adding for 2 months. They don't explain they just tell me my policy is going to lapse.
Can you please help me to get to the bottom of this. I am very disappointed about their service
