Avbob funeral not paid within 48 hours

I lodged a funeral claim with Avbob last week, over 3 days has passed and my claim has not been paid however when we take up policies we are told they pay within 48 hours. Each time I enquire I am told the claim has been finalised but I have not received any funds. I called in today and I spoke to a Matshediso Tembo who sounded like she didn't even care about my query. Please pay what is due to me, money is deducted from my persal on a monthly basis without fail.
