AVBOB funeral insurance are very big ******, heartless and evil

I want to report my complaint about Abvob funeral who ****** me when I was in hard situation. I joined funeral cover for my mom in 2015 and my mom passed away when I put claim they paid me R20600 instead of R25000 when I enquire telephonically they said they can't picked up the error they will come back to me which they never did. Today I called them again they said when I joined the policy I gave them incorrect birth year of my mom which differ with 10 years ago hence they deducted R4400, and I totally disagree with them and I am very disappointed with them how can I don't know my parent's birth year this people are ****** they are very heartless, they take me chance since I am in a hard time.
