Avbob funeral cover... Still not paid

I put in claim with avbob funeral policy last Tuesday the 26th...today marks 7 days exactly claim has not been paid out I was told within 48hrs it has gone days... I called yesterday and was told it's at the under writers and waiting payment which should be in lastnyt another day has passed and still nothing other company's paid within less then 24hrs heads up to them... Avbob I will be canceling my other policy's 7 days is terrible for funeral claim to be paid out... If not paid today I will canceling the others... Service was terrible...
