Avbob in Mtata is a ****😡

I buried my aunt last year in August and due to the fact that I was in love with what I saw on tv ads on how they conducted funerals I was sold and decided to use Avbob, Worst decision I ever made, my aunt didn’t have a funeral policy and because of that I had to pay cash for everything. Now after the funeral I called them requesting for an invoice so that I can claim my money from RAF because my aunt had a bus accident so they told me that they need an invoice from Avbob. I have been waiting for that invoice since last year no one wants to help and when I am requesting to speak to a manager I am being told that the manager is on a meeting it’s been 7 months now and Avbob is playing games with me. I have spent R30 000 and Avbob is refusing to give me the invoice of the funeral they conducted, I am so dissapointed with Avbob and i won’t stop until I get what is mine they will be hearing from me again.
