Could you please inform me of how it's possible of upon taking out a family plan for 3 yearsupon full return and a insentive bonus upon the birthday of the 3rd year, it don't so happen, please and then w months afterwards the one person upon the policy passes away still no payout then now upon May 13th it will be final of 4 years deductions still going off on my bank account and still no full payment with the insentive bonus yet either.
