I contacted AVBOB when they debited my payslip despite the fact that I have NEVER been interested in their services and have not signed up for any products. I provided all the proof and they refunded my monies, Lo & behold, they have debited my account AGAIN!!!
Seems to me these ******* are happy to take my premiums every month, earn interest and then refund me!
In direct contract, Assupol, with whom a ********** account had also been opnedn at the same time, managed to refund me and cancel the policy after submitting all the documents without any problems but the AVBOB ******* want me (the victim) to jump through hoops!
STOP IT!

We confirm that the disputed policy has been cancelled and the premium received on the policy has been refunded to you.
Kindly note that we are unable to cease any salary deductions that may have been processed at your pay office before date of cancellation/refund of the policy . If any other premiums are received on the policy will be refunded to you.
