Avbob ***** and poor service

Complaint number 35376 Avbob made ********** deductions from my DBE salary. No communication after receiving complaint number. I phoned to follow up. Consultant told me policy is not cancelled. Also they did not receive affidavit. I provided the day and time email with affidavit and bank statement was submitted. I requested copy of telephonic conversation. No follow up. According to initial letter with complaint number matter will be closed by 2 March if Avbob do not receive all the information requested. Money subtracted for third month now from my teacher salary.
