Last month, February 2020 on the 20th, I noticed that a policy had been **********ly opened and an amount of R643.00 was deducted from my salary. I called avbob regarding the ***** , I was told to fill a form, which I did and I provided all documentation required, I even opened a ******** case at the SAPS on the 24th February.I needed my money back and that policy closed, but again this month, March, the policy deducted yet another R643. 00

I have been calling Avbob but I cannot be assisted and my money is still not refunded

When because yesterday one of your consultants told me that Itumeleng, who is assigned this case will call me but hasn’t.

I desperately need my money back, especially during this crisis we are facing. R1286. 00 is a lot of money.
