AVBOB false promises

My late father, who passed away in 1984, was a policyholder with AVBOB and my mother was a beneficiary to the funeral plan. My mother passed away in 2013 and was laid to rest in Sterkfontein graveyard by Martins Funeral Services. Up and until today, six and a half years later, I am still struggling to get AVBOB to pay out for my mother's funeral. I went to AVBOB's offices, filled out all documents needed, obtained an affidavit, made several phone calls and jumped through all the loops, but everytime I was told that it is confirmed that my mother is a beneficiary and there is money that must be paid out. For six and a half years AVBOB and its staff make promises to me that the funeral cover will pay out and I was even phoned to get my banking details. Six and a half years later nothing happened. AVBOB, my mother was a wonderful woman who deserve respect and dignity. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
