Avbob fails to meet client expectations
I opened a funeral cover in 2023, assisted by Zethu Mlonyeni from the Stellenbosch branch. I signed for a R20 000 cover and trusted that she did as per our agreement. Unfortunately on claim stage, I discovered that she opened a cover of R7 000 instead of the R20 000 I requested for. I approached her and asked why did she do that and to my surprise she said she was gonna open a second one so that it amounts to the requested cover for commission purposes. I would like to ask from Avbob whether that's how your advisors are taught to assist potential clients? I won't lie I am extremely mad because I was unable to assist with funeral preparations as I would have wanted. This is my official complaint for what Zethu Mlonyeni did to me.
