AVBOB Failing to assist
I am very disappointed with AVBOB. I took out a policy with them and they are dragging me from pillar to post with the claim. I had insured my mother who unfortunately passed away last month. I had to pay 15,000 for them to bury her. AVBOB Centurion failed to submit the documents to head office as a result, I am still paying the monthly premium for her!
