Avbob empty promises

I always heard that arranging a funeral was hard but never thought that getting a funeral policy with Avbob would make it harder. I submitted a claim for my dad's passing on the 16th of July 2020 and was told it would take 48hours for avbob to make a payout. Although the funeral was on the 18th of July I had to borrow money from family to give my dad the funeral he deserved. But still on the 20th of July there was nothing, I called 4 times and spoke to different call centre consultants but none of them helped out. I'm grieving and this is the last stress I needed especially from Avbob. I'm not impressed and it being my first time I don't think I'd want to use them again.
