AVBOB

I am very unhappy with Avbob. My mother is a client of Avbob for years. They did not deduct her payment for two months. She wanted to sort that out on Saturday 8h00am. She is very sick and her kidneys are giving her problems. So when we got there, the sign said the opening hours are 8h30. We waited and there was no sign of anyone working there. IT WAS NOT EVEN A PUBLIC HOLIDAY!!! 20/05/23. We waited till 10h45 and the gates were locked! No one came to work! Even the local people around said that they should have opened! We called! No answer! Your slogan says you are with us till the end...BUT WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOU TILL THE END!!!! PATHETIC! Either hire people who are willing to come to Bloemfontein to work..or close the practice in Bloemfontein! I hope you have pride in your poor services!
