AVBOB Dundee unhelpful and unfriendly

We have experienced that staff were indifferent to our needs as people who lost someone dear to us. When you are emotionally traumatized, you don't think of everything. I feel that it is the duty of the company to be sympathetic to their customers. The staff at AVBOB Dundee, did not ask us if we wanted extras, like flowers or pamphlets included in the quotation. We had to find out afterwards that the funeral pamphlets and flowers were not included and then had to arrange it ourselves.

When we asked someone to assist us with pamphlets, we find out that the only person able to do that went to Pietermaritzburg and could not assist us and they did not know when said person would be available. I feel that is unacceptable, the attitude that it is too much trouble to assist.

We will never use your services again. There is no apology that will make the experience better for us.
