AVBOB DUNDEE IS THEE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!

My dad passed away on wed the 17th at Dundee and Avbob was called to collect his body.Unfortunately he had to be transported home in Ladysmith.We got there and asked for the statement but the staff was rude and not helpful at all.We were told to go write an affidavit but latter we were called back and sign some forms.The lady on the front desk has no idea what she was doing and had to be assisted by a very rude guy.After all the run around we got and after paying we had to wait almost an hour because the boss left with the keys.No apologies from the boss or the staff.Avbob Dundee is the worst place to have your loved ones accomodated.We mourning our father's death and had to be treated like dogs was just uncalled for.Their fees is just too much almost R3000 for 2 days as we picked him up on fri the 19th and no explanation on how we got to that amount. AVBOB HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE DEAD OR ALIVE!!!!!
