Avbob debting me without my knowledge and refuse to pay me back they coming with stories

So I recently went through my bank statement only to find that avbob has been debting me since ast year November am amount of 113rand for what I do not know as I had not agreed to any policy with them cause I remember I once tried applying for a cell phone over the phone last year October then they said if am approved for the phone I'll also have to take the policy how ever I was approved but they went ahead and started the policy for me and started debting so I contacted avbob to say they should cancel and bring back my money instead they want prove that they debting and all that **** when they can simply get my details and check the cover they have with me and the amount they have debted and from when they started I can even imagine how people suffer when they have to claim since they can't even access Thier system to see why they debting me and how and how much and see all my details
