Apalling Service from Avbob,

I took out a policy for my grandmother who passed away during the probation period, i notified the sales agent who sold me the policy to cancel the policy, to this day they are still *****ING my money. They have continued to debit, i called the center and the agent said they would stop it and REFUND me , they havent!

This is unfair! YOU CANT ***** PEOPLES MONEY LIKE THIS
