Avbob cruelty during your time of need

I had entrusted avbob to be there for me in my time of need but they have beyond disappointed me. I have been paying this policy since 2017 and not missed a payment till recent. We all know covid has impacted our incomes drastically. And I only missed 2 payments but yet its been over a week since Iv made a claim and I still haven't received anything from them. I even had to take a loan to see to my grandmother's burial. Its so cruel that I'm going through so much emotional suffering and now I have to suffer financially too because I had faith in avbob. I wish you guys were clear about such cruelty when I initially signed up for your funeral insurance. I'm beyond hurt and devastated, I don't know how my family will recover from this.
