Avbob cruel and disrespectful.

Two weeks ago my mother passed away she suffered very very bunch before she died. Many years ago as baba came to the old age home where she was staying at promoters and eventually she signed up. When we started thinking about her end days,I opened another policy for her we decided what we wanted to do things according to our religion. When she passed avbob came and collected her body.according to us she was to receive a 16000 payout unfortunately had she survived two more months that payout would have been delivered to us this is the feedback I got from AVBOB moot offices in Pretoria. in our religion the body is to be cremated as soon as humanly possible. To covent 19 I respectfully understand the delay in her cremation yet she waited on a cold slab over the weekend. This is absolutely broke my heart start to put school uniforms on my back and bite my tears when I hurt myself laying on a cold slabwaiting to get burnt. if I wanted information I had to phone myself very few times did anyone phone. My husband run around because we are in Pretoria sending and scanning and sending and scanning documentation where I had to scan and fill it. All this because we needed our payments we needed petrol to come and fetch her.heard she died two months later we would have received RS 16000 payout this is what we were told. At this point in time we are grieving so much we don't care. We signed an invoice where's said that there was extra money to be paid over to us. It's been nearly two weeks we have had one side telling us there's absolutely no funds coming our way the other side telling us the money is already in the bank and it's waiting to be cleared where I end my complete states of grief and running back and forth to the bank in order to get petrol and a few things my mother would have wanted not even at a funeral not even at a memorial with that money cover my mother is going to get put in a box and handed to me. And there you have it folks there's Avbob. I don't know about technicalities the average Joe only knows about layman's terms and not technicalities that red tapes yet through this process there have been so many. Her ashes are still at the crematorium and another weekend goes by with her laying around when all I wanted to go and fetch her and be with her and give her peace. I was told there would be a payment made then I was told there wasn't then I was told there was. Emotionally it is almost unbearable it is incredibly unbearable and incredibly cruel. Someone of my emotional capacity right now cannot make sound decisions all I can say is that I need a bum to pull forward that they have promised me and to behave in a respectful manner.
