I have been trying to cancel my policy for 3 weeks now. I keep calling the head office and am told that calls to the cancellation department are blocked. All they can do to help is take my number and get someone to call me. I have called numerous times but nobody is calling me back. Is this even legal? That I am being forced to pay for a policy I no longer require as AVBOB do not want to cancel my policy? These people are *****ing our hard earned money.
