AVBOB COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT NO HELP

All I can say is everything I read from all the other people who complained are so true, The email address for complaints no one ever responds to it. If you try to call no one is able to help you. I have been asking for assistance for over a month no one responds to my email, finally I went to Krugersdorp branch they helped me to move my daughter from child to extended family guess what they put the same child who has been on my cover as a child since I got the policy to a 6 months waiting period. the same child who has been on this policy for years . Honestly speaking I regret joining avbob but I have been with them for years it is not easy to cancel and start afresh. So when your kids turn 21 they are put on waiting period please assist is this even legal, I sent an email asking no one responded to me.
