AVBOB Centurion Service

AVBOB Centurion Services was so unsatisfactory, promises made and not kept.After numerous attempts to locate and find out where the progress of my fathers cremation was, comments like " We are not sure where his corps is", in the first week of August Cyntia conveyed this to my Mom.Even though the original documents stated 30th July as Cremation date , and no-one informed any of us that date was changed.My Mom had to phone over and over to find out about my Dads ashes.And only Yesterday 19/8/2021 after yet another call, Cynthia and Suzette stated ashes would be in Brakpan today.My Mom got ashes today yes, without all documents and also in a carton box, after Cynthia showed me the beautiful small wooden box My Dads ashes would be in.So on top of not keeping to promises given, Avbob Centurion put my Mom through more emotional sadness when receiving the ashes today of the love of her life in a box with my Dads info on a plaque loosely in a bag. Very poor service and no empathy in the manner of services.I would never recommend the branch in Centurion to handle this sensitive ,painful time in anyone's life, when having to say goodbye to a loved one .
