Avbob can't be trusted

I have just lost my father on the 17 August 21,Tuesday. And i went to claim on the policy i took for him, which i signed for in January 2021 but started deducting in March from persal. To date they have taken 6 premiums for 6 months. Now that i need them the most, i am told he would only be covered at the start of next month. Their agent told me the waiting period would end after 6 months of premiums paid. I am really frustrated and disappointed with Avbob's conduct. I don't wish to ever do business with them. I don't know where to turn to for help now that they dropped me. I need answers
