I've been paying my premium for years in this institution, but when I claim after the passing of my mother I was told that she's not covered, she got removed because of the reasons only known to themselves. All this years they've been sending communication updating me of my subscription hike, and other things but they NEVER informed me of my mother's removal on my policy. To my surprise, my subscription fee never changed even after they've "REMOVED" her from the policy.

Do away with this discriminating organization!
