Avbob bridge city mall Durban review

Dear Sir/Madam I received my payslip on the 2nd of May and noticed that avbob deducted R555 and so i went to AVBOB at Bridge City Mall and told them that i never joined anything with them so they cancelled it for me and opened a case for me. They told me that they will refund me after 5-6 weeks. So since the 3rd of May i never had from them so on June 12 i went to ask about the process, the lady told me that’s there’s a refund for May and she will send an email and tell whoever to do a refund for me. So on June 14 i went back to report that they deducted again, and the lady told me that I should wait for the other refund and they will do it all in once. Now I don’t understand why are they not refunding me with the refund that’s showing already. I kindly need assistance I would like to get my money back
