Avbob are the worst ever

If there was a minus star, i would give it to avbob. My ****her in law got seriously sick last year and he was the only 1 working in the family as a taxi driver so as i saw the situation they were i offered to get him covered with avbob, i sent all document in June 2020 1st debit order was in August. On the 15th of January this year we lost my father in law and that was after 6 debits and 7 Months since i covered him but when i went to claim they said he was only gonna get cover on the 1st of march after 8Months of waiting and 7 debits. Thanks to avbob the funeral was a disaster and my father in law was buried like a homeless person who had no family, i have never been able to go there ever since i am still ashamed of what happen and they had to go around begging for money and things to be used at the funeral, we did what we could be there was nothing decent about the funeral it was unbearable to see so i left even before the funeral was over. I will never recommend avbob even to an enemy, and i ask if at least i could have my six premiums back, even though they were not gonna make much of a difference but it would be something than nothing at all.
