Opened insurance in 2023/12/01 and lost my brother on the 7/01/25 Vereenigeng branch told me my claim will cover ONLY storage and hearsh and that I have to pay R11000 for top up how is that possible we didn’t even get a chance to choose a box, they asked for payslips when claiming and other documents and told me to get loan
